Account & data deletion
Calyu – Shared flat app
From this page you can request the deletion of your Calyu account and/or associated data. The process is straightforward and your data is permanently removed.
Option 1: From the app
- Open the Calyu app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).
- Tap the "Delete account" option.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you cannot access the app, send us an email at info@calyu.app with the subject "Delete account" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- User account and access credentials
- Task history and flat activity
- Expense records and transactions
- Uploaded photos and content
- Score, rankings and gamification data
Retained data
Once your account is deleted, no personal data is retained. Supabase, our infrastructure provider, may keep encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before permanent deletion.
Partial data deletion request
If you want to delete specific data (e.g. particular photos or expenses) without deleting your account, send us an email at info@calyu.app specifying which data you want removed and we will process it within 30 days.
