Calyu Privacy Policy

To provide you with our shared flat management services, we collect the following information:

• Contact information: Name and email address (required to create your account).
• User content: Photos uploaded to the board, expense descriptions, tasks, notes and board messages.
• Identifiers: Unique user identifier linked to your account (managed through Supabase).

We use your data exclusively to:

• Enable access and authentication to the application.
• Sync data (tasks, expenses and rankings) with the other members of your flat.
• Send you important notifications about your account status or flat activity (if enabled).

We use the following services to run the app:

• Supabase: For authentication, database storage and user-uploaded photos. You can review their privacy policy at supabase.com.

Your data will be retained for as long as you have an active account in the application. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify any incorrect data.
• Request the deletion of your data (Right to erasure).
• Restrict or object to the processing of your data.

We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including the use of encryption protocols provided by our infrastructure providers (Supabase).
